Let’s see a summary of each.

Physical World:

It is governed by scientific laws (physics, chemistry, mathematics, etc.) and is subdivided into dense (material) and vital (electromagnetic).

Desires or Astral World:

This is where I find books and advertisements on social media with the most nonsense and trickery.
It is an additional plane of characteristics/desires and is represented throughout the animal world, that is, from the earthworm to the human, all have representation there.

Characteristic of “visualization” or interpretation by the human mind: Light, everything is luminous, fluorescent, psychedelic and neon (it doesn’t matter if it’s day or night). And they will discover that 99% of what they publish is utter nonsense.

Time flows differently; 2 real hours seem like 10 minutes.

Access methods, voluntarily: training and concentration, and others; involuntarily: while sleeping as conscious dreams (not normal day-to-day dreams).

This is where most of the entities that interact with us are found. Among these entities is the dematerialized Maria Padilha, who operates on the levels of justice, protection, and human relations. I recommend further reading to understand this extremely interesting character, both historically and mystically.

What is observed is simple: colored lights that can vary from lines to spots, for example, in the case of my little dog, superimposed on him (physically) you see colored spots from dark green to light green; one of these days I’ll change his name from “Bitó” to “Verdinho” (Little Green).

What can be done? A lot, it depends on the type of philosophy being studied and what one intends, as it varies greatly depending on whether it is contemplative or active; and finding good study books (usually from before the mid-20th century).

Mental world:

Only humans (but some more evolved animals have a “seed”), about which I know nothing consciously, but serious books (not those sold commercially) say (among other characteristics) that time becomes different and variable.

Other, even higher worlds:

According to several books, of which I recommend “ROSICRUCIAN FUNDAMENTALS,” the total number of planes/worlds exceeds 12 (higher values than these may exist, but there is no reference or knowledge thereof); I remind you that I only mentioned the first 3 previously.

Finally,
I recommend that, instead of believing in religious, “gurus,” or those on social media or otherwise, you should study seriously (a place where all the books are available for free in PDF format is the Library of Congress in the USA) and practice; because only with practice and study can you judge “in situ” for yourselves.

After much reading, and unfortunately much of it meaningless, I decided to present some basic knowledge about occult cosmology and some of my own experience, in a simplistic and non-philosophical way.
